This beautiful 433-hectare estate is located in Alto Boquete, Chiriquí.

It is divided into two titles: 76 hectares and 357 hectares. It can be sold separately.

Finca El Peñón, located in Alto Boquete, is located at an altitude between 700 and 1000 meters above sea level. Its topography is flat, semi-flat and other undulating areas with moderate slopes.

It has running water all year round, bordering the Caldera River and El Chorrillo stream.

It is currently a farm dedicated to cattle breeding with Red Angus, Black Angus, Black Brangus, Red Brangus, Beefmaster breeds and insemination with Bradford.

80% of the farm is planted in improved pastures with grasses such as Brisanta Marandu, Toledo Mombasa, Decumbes. In addition, there are approximately 26 hectares planted with pine trees that are more than 30 years old.

There are well-divided sleeves, with live fences and barbed wire, corrals, warehouses, houses for employees and a lake for irrigation if necessary.

Access is via a 4-kilometer paved road from the David-Boquete highway and from there 2 kilometers on a 4×4 road.
