There are no restrictions when it comes to build here, neither municipal nor environmental. The property borders directly on the Caribbean Sea beachfront. The beach front is 100% golden sand; there are no rocks, reefs, or mangroves.
The property has a natural cove, with its own little bay of more than half a mile, almost a kilometer, which goes from point to point as seen in the satellite images. On the beach side, from one point to the other, there is a reef that serves as a natural wave breaker.
In this district, there are multiple projects under development, including hotels for mass tourism, 5-star hotels, beach housing developments and marinas for all types of boats, launches and yachts.
The property is located 20 minutes from San Blas by boat. San Blas is an area protected by the National Government, made up of a group of more than 300 islands in which concrete construction is not permitted. However, this property is located in the province of Colon in an area designated by the Government for the promotion of Tourism, therefore urban construction and development is permitted.
The natural cove makes it a unique property because of this characteristic; it’s basically its on Natural Private Bay area. Property starts at one point at the EAST side: Punta Manzanillo and goes all the way to the next point on the WEST side: Punta Tumba.
